Influencers Selection

1

Once a brand joins Thinla, they will now be enabled to choose the influencers they consider a match with the intended audience of their product or services from our extensively curated catalog of vetted influencers. The way they will be able to do so quickly and precisely is by using or tag search filters. Just enter the prompted info on the search tool's data boxes. Don't forget to include the social media hashtags most relevant to your product, and voila! You now have a filtered selection of the best influencers we have that are able to advertise for those niches.

2

Once the brand chooses the influencers they want to recruit for their campaign, the platform will immediately contact the influencers to extend them the invitation to collaborate. The invitation includes details regarding the campaign's specifics and deliverables.

After the influencers accept the collaboration offer, the brand proceeds to pay via Stripe, and the payment remains in escrow by us until the deliverables in the final form agreed upon by both parties are reviewed and approved by the brand.

In order to increase efficiency, the brand has several other tools at their disposal. They can create separate work groups for a different part of their campaign in case they are working with several influencers delivering content in different formats.

On top of that, they can create their own lists of their favorite Influencer to work with quickly in order to quickly contact them if future collaboration opportunities come up. Finally, the platform also has a one-click mass emailing feature.

Contracting

3

Once an influencer accepts the collaboration offer, the brand will communicate directly with them. The brand will need to: • Discuss the fine details of the content they expect them to deliver. • Get the current home address of each Influencer along with their personal phone number(s). • Send the product to them and upload the tracking info to the platform as well.

Execution

4

We require the brand to provide clear and specific details to the influencers regarding the deliverable. Generally pertaining to the following: Content Format: Image, Video, both? If it's video, how long is it? Is it a full-length video focused completely or mostly on the brand? Is it a featured promotion of the brand during one of their own videos? Platform: which one and using which format? YouTube (Includes formats: YouTube shorts & YouTube Livestreams) Instagram (Includes formats: Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, and Instagram Live) TikTok (Includes formats: TikTok Live) VERY IMPORTANT for the brand to specify which format they expect the content to be shown in every platform they choose to advertise on. Establish clear deadlines. • Date to deliver the first draft of the content for review. • Date to deliver the final version of the content delivered. • Date when the final version of the content will be published by the Influencer for their audience to see.

5

Both parties will have access to a logistics page within the platform, which will showcase the tracking info on the products sent by the brand to the influencers.

6

after getting their hands on the product, the influencers shall start working on the first draft of the content agreed upon. Be it a script for a video to be shot, photos to be taken, etc. Once completed, they must send it to the brand for review. (Recommended time: 1 or 2 weeks).

7

Upon review, the brand will provide feedback to the Influencer regarding the content. Drawing from that feedback, the Influencer can then proceed to now work on the final version of the content agreed upon. In order to work smoothly, brands must be as thorough as possible with their feedback, clearly addressing everything that they want modified, how they want it modified, and how they expect the final version of the content to look like. We recommend the content is not modified more than once to avoid friction due to recurring back and forwards between parties. Hence, please be as thorough as possible with your feedback.

8

Once the final version of the content has been approved by the brand. The Influencer shall proceed to publicly post the content on the intended platform at the requested time and date according to the contract.

9

Once the content has been published, the collaboration is completed, and the funds in escrow will be available to the Influencer in accordance with the payment schedule of the payment method chosen.
